Wicomico County, Maryland, title "Urban Service
Districts" by repealing and re-enacting Section 537
thereof, titled "Bonds; authorized, amount,
interest", relating to the issuance of Bonds by the
Wicomico County Urban Services Commission.

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid

limitation on interest rates has resulted in the
unmarketability of bonds issued by the Wicomico County
