370) Issues and Profits thereof and all the Houses Buildings and Improvements thereon and all benefits and advantages whatever And all the Right Title Interest Claim Property or demand in Law or Equity of them the said Clement Hollyday and Gabriel Duvall as Commissioners aforesaid in the said Lots or either of them To Have and To Hold the said Lots and Premisses to him the said William Paca and his Heirs to the only use and behooff of him the said William Paca and his Heirs or ^and^ to no other intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties hereto have interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Clement Hollyday (Seal) in Presence of G Duvall (Seal) W.m Hall 3.d Maryland st On the 13.th day of May 1785 came Clement Hollyday and Gabriel Duvall two of the Commissioners ^appointed^ to preserve Confiscated British Property parties to the foregoing Deed before the Subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court and Acknowledged the foregoing Instrument of Writing to be their Act & Deed & the two Lots of Ground therein described to be the Right Title and Estate of ^the afore^ named William Paca his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning thereof 8½ sides A C Hanson Recorded this 16.th day of May 1785 Maryland fs.t Know all Men by these Presents that We John Beall Johnson Michael O'Rielly & Alexander Duvall of Prince Georges County are holden and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full Sum and just quantity of Two hundred thousand Pounds of good sound merchantable leaf Tobacco and cask To be paid to the said State To the which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves and every of us our and every of our Heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and severally for the whole and in the whole firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated the sixteenth day of April in the year Seventeen hundred and Eighty five The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounded John Beall as well and truly serve the State of Maryland in the Office of High Sheriff of the County of Prince Georges within the State aforesaid and in all things well and faithfully execute the same Office and also shall under to the said State and the officers thereof a true faithful and perfect account of all and singular the said Estates rights and dues and to the officers a true |
