268 Did heretofore to wit on or about the thirtieth day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty four grant bargain and sell unto the said Evelyn Pierepont his Heirs and Assigns among sundry other Parts or parcels of Land all that Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land situate and lying in Frederick County called and known by the name of the request and heretofore sold by the said Thomas Dorsey containing two hundred Acres More or less upon certain Conditions Premisses and Trusts in the Indenture for that Purpose contained and Whereas the aforesaid Thomas Dorsey and Evelyn Pierepont have respectively agreed to Convey and Make Over the Parcel of Land hereafter Discribed together with all their right Title and Interest of in and to the same to the above named Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns for ever in Consideration of the sum of eight hundred ^Pounds^ Current Money Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas Dorsey and Evelyn Pierepont for and in Consideration of the said sum of eight hundred Pounds Current Money to them in hand paid by the said Thomas Usher the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and themselves therewith to be fully satisfied and paid Have and each of them Hath granted bargained sold remised released aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth grant Bargain sell remise release alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns all that the above named Part of a Tract or Pacell of Land situate and lying in Frederick County in Maryland aforesaid called and known by the name of The Request containing two hundred Acres of Land More or less together with the Buildings Improvements Easements Previlidges Benefits and Advantages to the said Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or in Any Wise Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof and all their the said Thomas Dorsey and Evelyn Piereponts Right title and Interest both in Law and Equity Use Trust Claim and Demand Whatsoever of in and to the same To have and to hold the said Part of a Tract and Parcel of Land above Described and Premisses with every of the Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the Only Proper Use and Behoof of the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Thomas Dorsey and Evelyn Pierepont do each for themselves their Heirs and Assigns severally Covenant and agree with the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns that they the said Thomas Dorsey and ^Evelyn Pierepont and their Heirs and^ Assigns that they the said Thomas Dorsey and Evelyn Pierepont and their heirs shall and will from time to time and at All times hereafter whenever thereto requested make do and Execute or cause to be made and Done and Ex^e^cuted any further or other Act or Acts Deed or Deeds for the more effectual Assignment and Confirmation of all their Right and Title of in and to the said Land and Premisses unto the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said Parties have hereto set their Hands and seals the Day and Year first Above Written Thomas Dorsey (Seal) Signed Sealed & Delivered Evelyn Pierepont (Seal) In Presence of R Ridgely |
