          Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land hereafter following to wit all that Tract or
       Parcel of Land Situate and lying in Frederick County in the State of Maryland containing
       eight hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less commonly called and known by the name of
       Pretty Sally all that other Tract or parcel of land situate and lying in Frederick County in the
       State of Maryland aforesaid called and known by the name of Cold Fryday and containing
       Eight hundred And fifty Acres of Land more or less also all the rest residue and Remainder
       of one other Tract or Parc^e^l of Land situate and lying in Frederick County in the State of Maryland
       aforesaid called and known by the name of the Request not heretofore sold containing two
       hundred Acres of Land more or less and also all those Parts of two Tracts or Parcels of Land
       situate and lying in Ann Arundel County in Maryland aforesaid the one being part of a
       Tract of Land Called Calebs Purchase and the other being Part of a Tract called the Anvil
       containing seven hundred acres of Land more or less together with the Buildings Impro^ve^ments
       Priviledges Benefits and Advantages to the said Several Tracts of Land above named
       belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof
       and all his the said Thomas Dorseys Right title Interest use claim and demand
       whatsoever of in and to the same and every Part thereof To have and to hold the said
       several Tracts parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land above described and premisses with
       every of the appurtenances unto the said Evelyn Pierrepont his heirs and Assigns for ever
       to the only proper use and behoof of the said Evelyn Pierrepont his heirs and Assigns forever
       I trust for the following Uses Intents and purposes to wit  In Trust in the First place
       that he the said Evelyn Pierrepont his heirs and Assigns shall have full power and
       A^b^solute Authority at any time after the first day of May which shall happen in the year of
       our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Six in Case default shall be made by
       the said Thomas Dorsey in Payment of the aforesaid sum of three thousand one hundred
       and Eighty Pounds ten Shillings and Six pence Sterling money together with all Interest
       thereon to become due on the first Day of May which shall happen in the year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty Six to set up and expose the said Tracts
       Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land above described or any part thereof to public sale after
       giving Six weeks Notice by public Advertizments of the time and Place of such sale
       and the same Lands and premisses or any part thereof when sold to convey and make
       over by good and sufficient Deed or Deeds in fee simple to the purchaser or purchasers
       thereof or any part or parcel thereof and Upon the further Trust that he the said Evelyn
       Pierrepont his heirs and Assigns after such sale and Conveyance to be made as aforesaid
       in Case of Default of Payment of the principal sum and Interest aforesaid at the Period
       aforesaid shall retain keep and satisfy himself the sum of three thousand One hundred
       and Eighty Pounds ten Shillings and Six pence Sterling money payable in Gold and
       Silver only together with all Interest thereon to become due and arising and the
       residue of the said purchase money after paying and satisfying the Debt and Interest
       above mentioned if any shall remain he the said Evelyn Pierrepont his Heirs and Assigns
       And the said Thomas Dorsey for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth
       also further covenant and agree that he will well and truly pay the aforesaid Evelyn
       Pierrepont his Executors Administrators and Assigns the aforesaid sum of three thousand
       One hundred and Eighty Pounds ten Shillings and Six pence Sterling money together
