662 at the End of the first Course of Hawkins's Plains and running North twenty eight Degrees West one hundred and ninety Perches North twelve Degrees East twenty Perches South seventy nine Degrees East forty Perches South One Degree West to intersect a South twenty eight Degrees East Course from the Begining then North twenty eight Degrees West to the Begining And forty five Acres and one half Acre of Land Part of a Tract of Land called Fielderia Manor begining at the End of twenty Perches on the third Line of Hawkins's Plains North twelve Degrees East seventy eight Perches South sixty five Degrees East sixty Perches North twenty two Degrees East twenty six Perches South thirty four Degrees East thirty six Perches South one Degree West to intersect the End of the fourth Course of Swedes March then with the said Line to the Begining And also fifty one Acres of Land being another Part of Fielderia Manor Begining at the begining Trees of Hawkins's Plains and runing South eighty one Degrees East one hundred and sixty Perches South twenty eight Degrees East nineteen Perches North eighty one Degrees West five hundred and fifty four Perches North six Degrees West forty eight ^and one half^ Perches South seventy six Degrees and one half Degree East sixty Perches to the End of eighth Course of the Forest of Needwood then South forty Degrees East fifty four Perches then to the begining Trees of the Forest of Needwood then South eighty one Degrees East two hundred and sixty Perches then to the Begining at and for the Price and Consideration of One thousand Pounds Sterling which Sum of Money or so much thereof as may be necessary was agreed to be paid by the said Bartholomew Booth to the aforesaid Caleb Dorsey as soon as the Ballance due to him on the said Mortgage shall be decreed or with the Consent and Agreement of the aforesaid Fielder Gaunt and Edward Gaunt otherwise settled and ascertained and it was also further agreed that the aforesaid Fielder Gaunt and Edward Gaunt to render the said Bartholomew Booth secure in his said Purchase and for other Purposes should convey and assign their and each of their Equity of Redemption in all the said Lands and Negroes mortgaged to the aforesaid Caleb Dorsey and that the aforesaid Fielder Gaunt should also convey the said forty six and one half Acres of Land Part of Fielderia Manor and the said fifty one Acres being another Part of Fielderia Manor purchased as aforesaid to such Person or Persons as should be nominated by the aforesaid Bartholomew Booth in Trust as to touching and concerning all the said Lands purchased by the aforesaid Bartholomew Booth his Heirs as aforesaid for the proper Use and Benefit of the aforesaid Bartholomew Booth his Heirs and Assigns for ever And as to touching and concerning all the Residue of the Lands mortgaged as aforesaid to the said Caleb Dorsey in Trust for the Uses and Purposes herein after mentioned Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Fielder Gaunt and Edward Gaunt for and in Consideration of the Premises and of the Sum of (five) |
