63 West Eighty Perches then North Twenty degrees East one Hundred and Twenty Perches then North Thirty five degrees West Seventy six Perches then North Twelve degrees East one hundred and three Perches to where the Line of Samuel Stringers Part Intersects then with the said Line to the Beginning containing and laid out for Three Hundred and forty Eight Acres more or Less together with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said William Coale and Anne his wife of in or to the aforesaid Land with its Appurtenances To have and to Hold the said Third part of the Tract of Land called Ivy Church and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Lenord Kitsmiller his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only use and behoof of the said Lenord Kitsmiller his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said William Coale and Anne his Wife for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant grant and Agree to and with the said Lenord Kitsmiller his Heirs and Assigns that the said William Coale and Anne his wife their Heirs and Assigns the Said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances from and against them the said William Coale and Anne his Wife and their Heirs and from and against all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim from by or under them the said William Coale and Anne his Wife or their Heirs shall and will well and truly warrant and for ever defend by these Presents unto the said Lenord Kitsmiller his Heirs and Assigns for ever And Lastly the said William Coale and Anne his wife for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators further Covenants grants and Agreed to and with the said Lenord Kitsmiller his Heirs and Assigns that we the said William Coale and Anne his Wife our Heirs or Assigns shall and will at all Time and Times hereafter at the reasonable request Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Lenord Kitsmiller his Heirs and Assigns make and in due form of Law Execute all and every such further and other Conveyance or Conveyances Assurance or Assurances and such further reasonable Act or Acts do Perform Suffer and Execute as may be the said Leonard Kitsmiller his Heirs or Assigns or his or Their Council Learned in the Law be devised advised or required for the further and better Conveying and Assuring the said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereto belonging unto the said Leonard Kitsmiller his Heirs and Assigns Provided that such Writing or Conveyance contain no other warranty than is herein mentioned In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our Hands and Affixed our Seals the day and Year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered Will Coale (seal) in the Presence of John Burgess Jun.r Basil Burgess Anne Coale (seal) |
