       Tract of Land called East Humphrey's with their each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances
       subject to the Redemption in Manner therein expressed  And whereas by another Indenture bearing Date on
       the ninth Day of April seventeen hundred and Sixty four made or mentioned to be made between the said Joseph
       Ensor of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the one Part and the said John Brice
       deceased by the Name of John Brice of the City of Annapolis of the other Part the said Joseph Ensor
       the Consideration therein mentioned did give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto
       the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns all the aforesaid Tracts of Land called East Humphrey's and
       aforesaid undivided Moiety or half Part of Bohemia Manor and also a Tract of Land called Seed Ticks
       being the then dwelling Plantation of the said Joseph Ensor also seventy five Acres of Land called Mount
       Pleasant also twenty Acres of Land by William Fell and Joseph Ensor condemned for a Mill together with
       the Mill House Stones and other the Appurtenances thereto belonging with the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the aforesaid several Tracts or Parcels of Land
       and every of them with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Joseph Ensor
       of in and to the same and of in and to every Part and Parcel of them either in Law or Equity subject
       Redemption in Manner therein expressed  Now this Indenture witnesseth that for and in consideration
       of the Sum of sixteen hundred and eleven Pounds twelve Shillings and one Penny Sterling and ninety [illegible]
       thirteen Shillings and nine Pence Current Money to the said Sarah Brice in Hand paid by the said Charles Carroll
       of Carrollton at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents in full Discharge as well of all Principal Monies
       and Interest due and owing from the said Joseph Ensor to the said Sarah Brice (Executrix of the Testament
       and last Will of the said John Brice) on the recited Mortgages the Receipt whereof the said Sarah Brice
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every Part thereof doth acquit release and discharge the said Charles
       Carroll his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them forever by these Presents
       in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to the said John Brice Son and Heir of the aforesaid
       John Brice deceased in Hand paid by the said Charles Carroll at or before the Sealing and Delivery
       hereof the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge the said Sarah Brice and John Brice have
       sold assigns transferred and set over and by these Presents do and each of them doth bargain sell assign
       transfer and set over unto the said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       and every the said Lands Manor Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses in and by the said recited Indentures
       mentioned or intended so to be respectively as aforesaid with their and every of their Appurtenances
       and all the Estate Right Title Interest Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them or either of them
       of in to or out of the said Lands Manor Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses every or any of them
       by Virtue of the said recited and above mentioned Indentures every of any of them or otherwise however together
       with the same Indentures  To have and to hold the said Lands Manor Tenements Hereditaments
       all and singular other the Premisses hereby assigned or mentioned so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns as full and
