       This Indenture made the twenty eighth Day of April in the Year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and seventy two  Between Sarah Brice Executors of the Testament and last Will
       of John Brice Esquire of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland deceased of the one
       Part John Brice Son and Heir at Law of the aforesaid John Brice Esquire of the second Part
       and Charles Carroll Esquire of Carrollton of the third Part Whereas by Indenture bearing
       Date on or about the thirteenth Day of April seventeen hundred and sixty made or mentioned
       to be made between Joseph Ensor of Cæcil County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of
       the one Part and the aforesaid deceased by the Name of John Brice of the City of Annapolis
       in the Province aforesaid Gent of the other Part the said Joseph Ensor for the Consideration
       therein mentioned did give grant bargain sell alien set over transfer and confirm unto him
       the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns all his the said Joseph Ensor's undivided
       eighth Part or Portion of certain lands and Parcels of Land called or known by the Names of
       Warmust Coasters Harbour Wheelers Warrent Hyde Park Locust Neck the Rounds & Pasture Point containing
       by Estimation two hundred Acres of Land more or less also all that Tract or Parcel of Land called
       East Humphrey's lying and being in Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid on the North Side of
       a River called Patapsco River and on the West Side of a Creek called Claper's Creek containing three
       hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all the Rights Title Estate Interest and Property
       of him the said Joseph Ensor of in and to all that undivided Moiety or half Part of Bohemia
       Manor which he then held or hath or may have a Right to hold and enjoy in and by Right of his
       Wife or in or to the same by any other Ways or Means whatsoever and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the aforesaid several Tracts of Land
       or any of them and all the Estate Right Title and Interest whatsoever of in and to the same or any
       Part or Parcel of them or any of them subject to the Redemption in the Manner therein mentioned
       And Whereas by another Indenture bearing Date on or about the twenty fifth Day of January in
       the Year one thousand seven hundred and Sixty three and made or mentioned to be made between the
       said Joseph Ensor by the Name of Joseph Ensor of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland
       Merchant of the one Part and the said John Brice deceased by the Name of John Brice of the City of Annapolis
       Esquire of the other Part the said Joseph Ensor for the Consideration therein mentioned did give grant
       bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm to the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns all that the aforesaid
       Tract of Land lying in Baltimore County aforesaid called East Humphrey's and also all that
       (his the said Joseph Ensor's) undivided Moiety or half Part of Bohemia Manor situate lying &
       being in Cæcil County together with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits of the aforesaid undivided Moiety or half Part of Bohemia Manor butted and
       bounded as therein mentioned and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Joseph Ensor of into or out of the aforesaid undivided
       Moiety of Bohemia Manor both in Law and Equity and also of in and to the aforesaid
