       in any wise appertaining and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest &
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Richard Lewin (except as before excepted) of in and to
       the said Part Piece or Parcel of Land aforesaid and all and singular the said Premises and every Part
       and Parcel thereof  To have and to hold the said Part Piece or Parcel of Land aforesaid and
       all and singular the Premises and every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto him
       the said William Chew his Heirs and Assigns to the proper Use and Behoof of him the said William
       Chew  his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Richard Lewin for him and his Heirs and every
       Person or Persons claiming by from or under him or them the said Part Piece or Parcel of Land
       aforesaid and every Part thereof against him and his Heirs and every Person or Persons claiming by
       from or under him or them to the said William Chew his Heirs and Assigns hall and will warrant
       and defend for ever In Witness whereof the said Richard Lewin hath hereunto set his Hand &
       seal the Day and Year first above written                                           Richard Lewin   (seal)
                   Signed sealed and delivered
                               in the Presence of

                                  Elisha Harrison         On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorst to wit

                   August 9th 1771  Then reced of ^M.r^ William Chew three hundred and ^twenty^ Pounds sterling Money being

                   Ann Arundel County Aug.t 9th 1771.  Then came the within named Richard Lewin and
       acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed for the Use of the within named William
       Chew his Heirs and Assigns for ever agreeable to Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided
       also came Elioner the Wife of the said Richard Lewin who being privately examined of the Hearing
       of her Husband and acknowledged her Consent to the within Deed and declared she did the same
       freely and of her own accord without being induced thereto by any threats by her Husband or Fear
       of his Displeasure agreeable to Act of Assembly in such Case made & provided

                      Ann Arundel County to wit                                                                  Elisha Harrison

                   Know all men by these Presents that I Elizabeth Lewin of the County aforesaid the Mother
       of the within named Rich.d Lewin for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling to me
       in hand paid by the within named William Chew before the Ensealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and Released and by these Presents do bargain
       sell and release to him the said William Chew his Heirs and Assigns All my Right and
       Title of Dower of in and to the within mentioned Land within bargained and sold
       and every Part and Parcel thereof and Premises with the Appurtenances To have and
