       or Writs the said John Wilmot shall appear Gratis in his Own proper person or by his Attorney or Attorneys
       Lawfully Authorized and shall Vouch to Warrant the Premisses the said Elisha Hall and Mary
       his Wife who shall Likewise appear Gratis in their Propper Persons or by their Attorney or Attorneys
       Lawfully Authorized and shall and will Enter into the said Warranty and Vouch over to Warrant the
       said Premisses the Common Vouchee who shall thereupon Appear and Enter into the said Warranty and
       after Imparlance make Default and such further and other Proceedings shall be therein so that one or
       More good and Perfect Recovery or Recoverys with double Vouchee shall and may be had Suffered and
       Executed in all things According to the Usual Form of Common Recoverys with Double voucher for Assurance
       of Land in such Cases Used and Accustomed and it is hereby further Covenanted Concluded Granted
       and Declared and fully agreed by and Between all the Partys to these Presents that from and
       after the Suffering and Perfecting the said Recovery ^or^ Reco^v^erys as well these Presents and the Assurance
       hereby Made as also the Common Recovery or Recoverys so as aforesaid or in any Other Manner to be
       had Suffered and Perfected shall be and Enure and shall be Adjudged Construed Deemed and taken and
       are and were Meant and Intended and are hereby Declared to be and Enure to the said Robert Alexander
       his heirs and Assigns and that he the said Robert Alexander his heirs and Assigns shall
       stand and be Seized of the Lands aforesaid with their and Every of their Appurtenances and Every
       Part and Parcel thereof to and for the only Propper use and Behoofe of him the said Elisha Hall his heirs
       and Assigns for Ever and to and for no Other Intent use or Purpose Whatsoever In Witness whereof the
       Partys to these Presents have hereunto Sett Hands and Seals the day and year first above Written

       in full for the Consideration within Mentioned to be by him Paid to Us

          Memorandum  That on the first Day of September One thousand seven hundred and sixty Eight
       Came the within Named Elisha Hall and Mary his Wife before me one of the Justices of the Provincial
       Court and Severally Acknowledged the within Deed to be their Respective Act and Deeds and the
       Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Named
       John Wilmot his heirs and Assigns for Ever to and for the uses and Purposes of the same Deed and
       according to the Intent and Meaning thereof and the said Mary wife of the said Elisha Hall
       being Examined by me a part from and out of her said Husbands hearing did repeat as aforesaid
       and did further Declare that She had by the within Writing Released and did thereby Release
       or Intend to Release all her Right and Title to the within Premisses and that she Executed the
