       The request of the afs.d Edward his heirs and Assigns or one of them and at his or their
       proper costs and charges in the Law execute and suffer or cause to be executed and
       suffered all and every such further and other Act and Acts thing and things Devise
       and Devises in the Law for the more perfect Assurance and Conveyance in the Law
       of the afs.d Lands and premisses and every part thereof with the Appurtenances unto
       the said Edward Wright his Heirs and Assigns which he or they or his or their Councel
       learned in the Law shall reasonably advise devise or require be it by fine feoffment
       Bargain and sale Lease and Re Lease or Common Recovery with single or double     
       voucher as the Case may require so that the said Conveyance doth not contain a
       warranty to warrant the said Lands other than against the persons before
       mentioned or against any Elder Survey whatsoever and so that the said Warranty
       only oblidges the said George and Frances Rebecca and their Heirs Executors and
       Administrators and the Heirs Executors and Administrators of either of them to repay
       the afs.d sum of Money or a proportionable part thereof in case the said Lands or any
       part thereof shall hereafter be discovered not to be the right and Estate of the
       said George and Frances Rebecca or either of them at the Time of the Execution
       of these presents and shall at any Time hereafter be recovered from the said Edward
       his Heirs or Assigns by any Person claiming under the afsd John Lillingston or his
       Heirs  And it is further Covenanted by all the said parties to these presents that
       before the end of the Provincial Court now sitting one or more writ or writts of entry sur
       disseisin en le post shall and may be prosecuted against them the said George and
       Frances Rebecca in the name of the said Solomon Wright as Demandant therein
       of and for the afs.d Tracts and parcels of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances
       by such Name Quantity Quality Certainty and Description as shall be apt and
       convenient for that purpose to which writ the said Edward shall appear in person
       and shall vouch to warrant the afsd Lands and Premisses the afs.d George and Frances
       Rebecca who shall likewise appear in their Proper persons and shall and will enter
       into the said Warranty and vouch over to warrant the premisses the Common vouchee
       who shall thereupon appear and enter into the said warranty and after Imparlance make
       default and such further and other proceedings shall be therein had so that one or more
       common recovery or Recoveries with double voucher shall and may be had suffered
       perfected and executed in all things according to the usual form of Common Recoveries
       with double voucher for the Assurance of Lands in such Case used and Accustomed
       And it is hereby further Covenanted concluded granted declared and fully agreed by and
       between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the suffering and
