(332) Watts bearing Date the twenty fourth Day of this Instant October and by Force of the Statute for transferring uses into Possession) his Heirs and Assigns All that tract or parcel of Plantable Land lying and being in Queen Anns County called Lillingstons Castle containing five hundred Acres more or less and all that Tract of Plantable Land lying and being in Queen Anns County called Lillingstons Addition containing Three hundred and fifty Acres more or less as by the Patents thereof granted unto the Reverend John Lillingston the great Grandfather of the afores.d Frances Rebecca which said Tracts were devised by the said John to his Daughter Frances the Grandmother of the afsd Frances Rebecca as by the said Patents and the Will of the afs.d John may appear together with all Edefices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways waters Water Courses Commodities priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tracts and parcels of Land and every of them belonging or appurtaining and the Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and services thereof and of every part and parcel thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said George Watts and Frances Rebecca his wife and either of them of into or out of the same Tracts or parcels of Land and every of them and of every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Tracts and parcels of Land and every of them and all and singular the premisses with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said Edward Wright his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of the said Edward Wright his Heirs and Assigns forever And the afs.d George and Frances Rebecca for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them do and each of them doth covenant and grant to and with the said Edward his Heirs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say that they the said George and Frances Rebecca and their Heirs shall and will warrant and defend the afsd Lands and Premisses and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances against the afs.d John Lillingston and his Heirs and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any right or title thereto by from or under the afs.d John Lillingston and his Heirs or under the afs.d George Watts and his Wife afs.d or either of them And that they the said George and Frances Rebecca his wife shall and will at any Time hereafter at The |
