149 fifty and eight Poles, thence South West forty poles thence south eighty four Degrees West forty four poles thence South thirty seven Degrees West thirty two poles south thirteen Degrees West Eighty Poles thence south seventy two Degrees East sixty six poles thence North sixty Nine Degrees East twenty poles, thence with a right line to the first beginning containing One hundred Ninety and Two Acres be the same more or less, it being that part of the said Tract of Land called Thrumpcapfield which was devised by the said John Mills to his said Daughter Rebecca in Tail who's Heir at Law the said Mill's Shankland the present Grantor is Together with all Messuages Improvements Profits Priviledges Hereditaments and Appurtenances unto the aforesaid parcel of Land belonging or in any manner appertaining and the Reversions and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits then of or incident there unto To have and To hold the aforesaid One hundred and Ninty two Acres of Land with the Messuages Tenements and Premisses above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said George Layfield and his Heirs for ever To the intent and purpose only that the said George Layfield shall and may become perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said Messuages One hundred Ninety and two |
