x.d  This Indenture Made the Twenty
            sixth Day of Aprill in the year of our Lord God
       seventeen hundred and seventeen And in the second
       year of the Dominion of the Right hon.ble Charles Lord
       Prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon
       Between Elizabeth Imbert widdow Relict and Devisee
       of Andrew Imbert late of Queen Anns County deced of
       the one parte and Ralph Errington of Newcastle
       in the County of Northumberland Marriner of the other
       parte Wittnesseth that the said Elizabeth for and in
       consideration of the sume of five shillings sterling to her
       in hand paid by the said Ralph Errington the Receipt
       whereby she Doth hereby acknowledge Hath Bargained
       and sold and by these presents Doth bargain and sell
       unto the said Ralph Errington parte of a tract or
       parcell of Land called Jacksons Choyce containing
       two hundred and fifty acres more or less one tract
       of Land called Plain Dealeing containing four
       hundred and seventy acres more or less with the addicon
       of seventeen acres contiguous of the said two parcells
       all which tracts or parcells of Land are contained and
       specified in one patent of confirmacon granted to
       Andrew Imbert afd in his Life time and bearing Date
       the twentieth day of July Anno Dm seventeen
       hundred and four with the appurtences and every
       parte and parcell thereof And all other the Lands
       Tenements and Hereditaments belonging or appertaining
       to the said Elizabeth as Devisee of the said Andrew
       Imbert or by any other way or Meanes whatsoever
       with the Reversion Remainder and Expectance of any
       Lands Tenements and Hereditaments in the province
       of Maryland or else where with the Rents Issues and
       Pfitts thereof To Have and To Hold the said
       Lands and Premisses with the appurtences and every
       parte and parcell thereof unto the said Ralph Errington
       his executors adm.rs and assignes from the Day before the
       Date hereof for ad Dureing the Term of one whole
       year from thence ensueing and fully to be Compleat and
       ended yielding and paying therefore one pepper Corne
       at the feast of S.t Michael the Arch Angel
