       to the hon.ble Assembly & that they would be pleasd to reassume the
       Debate upon the said Bill & that the same may now pass into An Act
       as before required to the uses intents & purposes afd without any further delay
       to the Creditors afd The Delegates of this p.rsent Gen.ll Assembly taking
       the p.rmisses into their serious consideration & having read & Considered
       the Act of Naturalization of the said Cordea & being also well satisfied
       that there was such agreem.t & Division made as afd & the same is made a good
       & avaylable in Lawe by the severall Acts for quieting possessions to barr
       the heires or assigns of the said Walter Hall & that that part of those
       Manno.rs divided as afd & allotted to the said Cordea as afd are not
       Escheatable to his Ldsp the Lord prop.ry for any Disability or incapacity
       of the said Cordea his heires or Assignes to hold the same or for or by
       reason of the want of any heires of the said Hall or for any right or Title
       Hall or his heires or Assignes or any of them had or could have to the same
       And they are further satisfied by the Oath of Thomas Grunwin annexed
       that the said John Barnes did promise & designe by himself & wife to
       confirme his sale to the said two brothers as afd but that the Distance of his
       aboad in Dorchester County hundred him before he dyed & that the s.d
       Barnes had recd his full Consideration for the same they therefore humbly
       pray that it may be enacted & be it enacted by the Kings Most Excellent
       Ma.ty by & with the Advice & Consent of the Gov.r & Councill & Delegates in
       this p.rsent Gen.ll Assembly & the authority of the same That the Com.ry
       Gen.ll of this province for the time being do at or before the first day of the
       next prov.ll Court call & Cause to come before him the said James Cullens
       the Surviving Ex.rs afd to Render a true & Just Acc.t of his Ex.rs afd
       & that the said Ex.r do at or before the time afd acc.t before the said Com.ry
       as well touching the reciepts & Disburm.ts out of the Deeds Estate as also
       for the produce & proceed of the Mony or Tob.o by him raised by the sale
       of the severall Tracts of Land by him sold as afd And that in the Mean
       time the severall Cred.rs & Legatees deput in the will mencond deput in
       before the Com.ry Gen.ll for the time being an Acc.t of the severall D.ts to them
       due & unpaid to be proved before the said Judge or Comissary & due Credit
       of what they have recd  And what upon the said Acc.t to be made by the
       said Ex.r shall appear to be remaining in his hands of the personall
       Estate of the said Testator together with the Tob.o raised by sale of y.e Lands
       by the said will ordered to be sold as afd he the said Ex.r is to be acc.table
       to the ^s.d^ County Gen.ll for the time being to be disposed of to the use of y.e
