       Whereas there is a Charterparty Indented & made the Eighth day of
       January Anno Dm 1702 between John Harringlow of the Parish of Stepney in
       the County of Middlesex Mariner Master of the Good Ship or Vessell called the
       New Frisby of the burthen of two hundred & forty Tonn or the
                                     HO   The above begune thro mistake but afterwards Entered
                                     In the book of Protests         Th Bordley


                An Act for the Relief of the Creditors & Legatees of Mark Cordea late of
                St Marys County decd

       Whereas at a Sessions of Assembly begun & held at the City of S.t Marys the
       twentieth day of September in the Year of our Lord 1694 the Creditors of the s.d
       Marke Cordea ^did^ by their humble supplication to his Excellency & Councill & Delegates
       in that Assembly sitting shew that about the Year of our Lord 1669 one Walter Hall
       of the same County Gent & the said Mark Cordea did Joyntly purchase of one John
       Nuthall two severall Tracts of Land called the Cross Mann.r & Elizabeth Manno.r in
       St Marys County afd the Conveyance whereof was taken in the Name of the s.d Walter
       Hall only but for ^but^ their uses afterwards to witt about the Eighth day of Aug.t
       1670 the said Hall & Cordea entred into Articles of Agreem.t in writing &
       reading the said Joynt purchase of Nuthall they covenanted with each
       other that the land of the said Manno.r Should be equally divided between them
