       appurtenances above in and by these psents recited
       alloted appointed and sett fourth for the pticuler
       third part of ye sd Jos Hill Togather with all Deeds
       Evidences writeings and minum.ts to ye same belonging
       and further that ye sd Richard pty to these psents &
       Henry Hill & Either of them the heires ^assignes^ & of them
       and or Either of them respectively shall and
       will from time to time and at all times hereafter
       Dureing the space of seaven yeares now next
       Ensewing at ye reasonable request & at ye proper
       Costs and Charges in the said Joseph Hill his
       heires & assignes or any of them Doe make
       acknowledge pfect Execute & suffer all & Every
       such further & Other act & acts thing & things Device
       & Devices assureance & assureances in the Law w.tsoever
       as by the sd Joseph Hill and his heires as by ye sd
       Devision and particon above menconed is alloted
       and appointed to ye sd Joseph Hill and his heires by
       any ways and meanes whatsoever  And the sd
       Richard Hill pty to these p.rsents and Joseph
       Hill for themselves severally and for the
       severall and respective heires Ex.rs and adm.rs
       of them and Either of them severally and
       Respectively Doe Covenant Grant and agree
       to and with the said Henry Hill his heires Ex.rs
       and adm.rs & to & with Every of them by these
       psents that he the sd Henry Hill his heires
       and assignes & Every of them shall & may
       from time to time & for Ever hereafter have hold
       and Enjoy from them the said Henry Hill
