       request & at the proper costs & charges in y.e
       Law of the said Richard Hill his heires and assignes
       or Either of them Doe make acknowledge pfect
       Executed and suffer all and Every such further &
       other act and acts thing and things Devices &
       Devices assureance and assureance in y.e Law
       whatsoever as by the said Richard Hill his
       heires & assignes or by his or their Councell Lerned
       in the Law shalbe reasonably advised Devised
       or required for the further and more pfect asureing
       and setling of soe much of the said pmises in
       the sd Richard Hill & his heires as by the sd ptition
       & Devision above menconed is alloted and appointed
       to the sd R.d Hill and his heires by any ways & meanes
       whatsoever  And the sd Richard Hill pty to these
       psents and Henry Hill for themselves severally &
       for the severall and respective heires Ex.rs & adm.rs
       of them and Either of them severally and respectively
       Does Covenant Grant and agree to and with the
       said Joseph Hill his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs
       and to and with Every of them by these
       psents that he the said Joseph Hill his
       heires and assignes and Every of them shall
       and may from time to time and for Ever hereafter
       have hold and Enjoy from them the said R.d
       Hill pty to these psents and Henry Hill and
       the heires of them & of Each of them Devided
       in severalty and not in Jointure for his full whole
       & Entire Third part and proportion of all &
       singuler the Lands Tenem.ts & p.rmises so to y.m
       the s.d Richard Joseph & Henry Hill Joyntly Given
       Devited & bequeathed by theire said father
       Richard Hill Decd as afd and in full recompence
       thereof and of Every part thereof
