       Land and if the land Remaining to the psent
       possessors over the said Twenty Acres will
       suffice to uphold their Manner viz.t the
       sixth part of their said Mannor allotted by the
       Conditions of plantacon for the Demesne or before
       the allinacon soe as the County by the allinacon
       afd in Default of the present possessors more
       then was wont be not Charged and grieved  And
       the Inquisition thereupon openly & Distinctly made
       to us in our Court of Chancery under your seal and the
       seals of them by whome it was made without Delay
       you send Hereof you are in noe wise to faile witness
       our selfe at Annopolis in Ann Arundell County the
       Twelfth day of May in the Eleventh year of our
       Reigne and the year of our Lord God one thousand
       six hundred ninety and nine

       An Inquisition taken at Thomas Annes liveing
       at the head of Tomaquokin Creek S.t Clements hundred
       in S.t Maries County the two & Twentieth day Aug.t
       one thousand six hundred ninety and nine by vertue
       of a writt out of his Majestys high Court of Chancery
       bearing date the Twelfth day of May last Directed
       as well to me Henry Low high sherriff of said
       County as to as Jurors whose hands and seales are  
       hereunto sett (viz.t) the said Land beginning at a
       Locus post the bounds of Joshua Guiberts Land
       at head of Tomaquokan Creek from thence south
