       And to y.e said p.rmises or any part or pcel To have & to hold the said six hundred acres
       of Land resurveyed as afd and every part and pcele thereof and all other the p.rmises hereby bargained &
       sold or ment mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with y.e appurtences unto the said Rob.t
       Doyne his heires and assignes to y.e only proper use & behoof of the said Robert Doyne his heires
       and Assignes for ever to be holden of the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the p.rmises
       under y.e rents and Services therefore done and of right accustomed and y.e said William
       Whittington for him his heires Execut.rs and Adm.rs and for y.e said Hester his wife doth Coven.t and
       Grant and agree to and with the said Robert Doyne his heires and Assignes by these p.rsents
       y.t they the said William Whittington and Hester his wife or one of them are at the
       time of Ensealing hereof Rightfully and absolutely Seized in fee of an absolute
       indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple in and to the p.rmises to them &
       their heires or to one of their heires and y.t they have in him her or themselves
       full power and Lawfull and absolute authority to grant bargaine sell
       the Said Six hundred acres of Land and premises to the sayd Robert
       Doyne And to his heirs in Manner and form afd
       And y.t the said Robert Doyne and his heires shall and may from henceforth forever
       peaceably and quietly have hold occupy possess and Enjoy y.e said six hundred acres of Land And
       p.rmises to his and their own ppuse and behoofe free and Clear and freely and Clearly acquitted
       Exonerated and discharged of for and from all Manner of bargaines sailes leases assignm.ts
       Mortgages Dowers and titles of Dower Joyntures rents and arrearages of rents and of and from
       the Dower and title of Dower of the said Hester Statue merchant and of the staple Recognizances
       Judg.ts Executions and rents and of and from all titles of Charges and Incumbrances w.tsoever
       had Made Comitted Omitted or Done by the said William Whittington or any Other pson
       or psons lawfully Claiming or to Clayme by from or under him them or any of them
       And further the said William Whittington for him his Executors and Adm.rs and for every of them
       and for y.e said Hester his wife doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the s.d Robert Doyne
       his heires and Assignes by these p.rsents y.t they the s.d W.m Whittington and Hester his wife and y.e
       heires of them and every of them and all other pson or psons having or Lawfully Clameing or to
       Claime by from or under him them or any of them and further the sd William Whittington
       for him his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs and for every of them and for y.e said Hester his wife doth
       Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Robert Doyne his heires and Assignes by these p.rsents
       y.t they the said William Whittington and Hester his wife and y.e heires of them and every of them
       and all other pson or psons having or lawfully Claiming any Estate right title or interest
       in y.e p.rmises or any part or pcele thereof by from or under him them or any of them shall
       and will from time to time and att all times hereafter at y.e reasonable Costs and Charges of
       the said Robert Doyne his heires or Assignes make and grant to and with to the use of him
       and them such further and other assurance & assurances Conveyance and Conveyances In y.e Land
       for y.e better and more absolute settling Conveying and Assuring y.e p.rmises and the appurtences
       Be it fine feoffm.t release Confirm alien or by acknowledgm.t and Enrollment of these p.rsents and
       by any other ways or means whatsoever As by the said Robert Doyne his heires or Assignes
       or his or their Councill learned in y.e Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required
       All which further assurances shall be and enure and shall be Deemed and Construed to be
       and enure to the only proper use and behoof of the said Robert Doyne and of his heires and Assignes
