       In such Case shall Require as alsoe I doe Impower my said attorney to sue Implead
       And by Course of Law to Recover any of the said Lands Tenements and Chattles
       Hereditaments whatsoever belonging to mee lett it be in the possession of any person or
       Persons whatsoever or by pretence of any Right or Title from me whatsoever And when
       soe Ordered to sell Alienate & Confirme the same as it is above specified and if
       Need be to Make one or more attorneys under him and whatever my said attorney
       shall doe in the Premisses I will Rattifie & Confirme Erevoakeable In Wittness

          This Indenture made the seaventh day of March in the eleventh yeare
       of the Dominion of the Right honourable Charles Ld Baron of Baltemore absolute Lord and propry of
       the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord baron &c.a Annoq Dm one thousand six hundred
       and eighty five Between William Whittington of Accomack in the Colony of Virginia Gent
       and Hester his wife of the one part and Robert Doyne of Charles County in the province of
       Maryland Gent on the other part Wittnesseth y.t for and in Consideration of the sume of
       sixteen thousand pounds of tobacco to them the said William Whittington and Hester his wife
       paid in hand at and before the ensealing hereof by the said Robert Doyne the receipt
       whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof according to and themselves therewith any thereof
       to be fully satisfyed and thereof and of Every part thereof Do fully & Clearly acquitt
       exonerate and discharge the said Robert Doyne his heires Execut.rs Adm.rs and Assignes and every
       of them for ever by these p.rsents They the said William Whittington and Hester his wife have granted bargained
       Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents for them and their heires do fully clearly &
       absolutely Grant bargaine sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirme unto the said Robert Doyne and his heires
       all y.e Tract or pcele of Land Conteining by Estimation Six hundred acres of Land be the same more
       or less scituate lying and being in Charles County or the north side of Potomack river or near
       a Creek Called Nanjemy Creek or Avon river and begining at a Marked Oake standing near the
       Mouth of a branch called St Isadores branch bounded according to patent on the West with the
       said Avon river and runing to a branch Called Chandlers branch and Sole y.e head of the Land
       to a marked oake on the east with the said Isadores branch on the nore with an East line drawn from
       the head of Chandlers branch for y.e length of six hundred pches and from thence by a line drawn
       North untill it shall intersect a paralele Drawn from the head of St Isadores branch afd Which
       said six hundred acres of Land howsoever butted and bounded is and is hereby declared to be
       the very same six hundred acres of Land resurveyed and Layd out by the Name of Nanjemy Indian
       Town by M.r Clement Hill the Eighteenth day of November last by Virtue of an order of his said Lopps
       Councill dated the eight and twentyeth day of October then before and now last past y.e returne of
       which survey under the hand of the said Clement Hill dated y.e said Eighteenth day of November
       remaines upon Record in y.e land office of the province layd out for six hundred acres of Land and
       all woods underwoods timber and timber trees ways Easements proffites Comodities and appurtences whatsoever
       to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and alo y.e Estate right title interest use possion reversion
       remainder Clayme and Demand whatsoever of them the said William Whittington and Hester his wife of in
