484 (474 with the said Job Evans his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & Every of them by these Presents That at the Request & proper Costs & Charges in the Law of him the said Job Evans his Heires Ex.rs Administrators or Assignes Every or any of them Hee the said John Willson his Heires Ex.rs and Administrators shall & will at any time or all times hereafter dureing the space of seaven yeares Next Ensueing Make doe Acknowledge suffer & Execute all such Further Lawfull & Reasonable Act & Acts Thing & Things device & devices Assureance & Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more sure Conveying & Assureing & sure makeing of the aforesaid Land & Premisses with all & singular the Appurtenances & Every part & pcell thereof unto him the said Job Evans his Heires & Assignes for Ever As by him them or Either of them his their or Either of their Councell Learned in the Law shall bee Reasonably devised Advised or Required All which further & other Assureance or Assureances hereafter to be made as aforesaid shall be & Enure And hereby are & shall be Adjudged deemed & taken & Construed to be & Enure To the only proper use & Behoofe of him the said Job Evans his Heires & Assignes for Ever & to none other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And Lastly hee the aforesaid John Willson his Heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs (The before menconed land and Premisses hereby Intended to bee bargaine in manner & form aforesaid) unto the said Job Evans his Heires & Assignes shall & will for ever warrant and Defend against any & all persons whatsoever according to the true Intent & meaning of these Presents In Wittnesse whereof the pties ^first^ above named To these Presents their hands & seales Interchangeably have sett the day & year first above written his John S Willson (sealed Mark Signed Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of Henry Hanslap John Thomas Richard Tull Memorandum Septemb.r y.e 10.th 1688 Came before us John Willson & Eliz.a his Wife & did Acknowledge the within menconed Deed as there Act & Deed to the uses within and the said Eliz.a being privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband did Acknowledge all her Right of Dew or Claime whatsoever Coram Nobis Vincent Lowe Thomas Tailler Know all men by these Presents that I John Willson of the County of Ann Arrundell in the Province of Maryland Planter am held & firmely Bound unto Job Evans of the same County & Province Planter in the full & Just summe of seaventy Pounds of Good & Lawfull Sterling Money of England to bee Paid unto the said Job Evans or to his certaine Attorney Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes for which Paym.t well & truely to be made I Bind my selfe my Heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs firmely by these Presents In Wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seal this Eighteenth day of June in the Thirteenth year of the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Charles Absolute Lord & Prop.ry of the Provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c And in the yeare of Our Lord God One Thousand six Hundred Eighty & Eight The Condicon of this Present above written Obligacon is such That if the above bounden John Willson his Heires Exec.rs Adm.rs & every of them shall & doe from time to time And at all times hereafter for Ever well and truely observe pforme fullfill & Keep all & singular The Covenants Grants Artickles Clauses & Agreements menconed specified & Comprized in one certaine Indenture of Bargaine & sale or Deed of Feofment made Between the above Bounden John Willson of the one Part & the above Named Job Evans of the other pt bearing even date with these Presents which on the p and behalfe of the said John Willson his Heires Exec.rs & Adm.rs are & ought to be observed Performed fullfilled done & Kept And that in & by all things According to the true Intent & Meaning of the same Recited Indenture Respectively in all Points & Condicons thereof That then this Present above Written Obligacon is to be voyd & of None Effect otherwise to stand Remaine & bee in full Power force strength & Vertue his Signed Sealed & Delivered Recorded Septemb.r y.e 15.th 1688 John J Willson (sealed in the Presence of Mark Henry Hanslap John Thomas Rich.d Tull |
