305 (296 The marke of John Saxon and same of John Saxon of S.t Marys County Recorded [illegible] w.ch is as followeth viz.t Each Eare Cropt and a slitt in each Cropp right downe the Eare and a Nick in the under side of the left Eare This Indenture made this thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord God One Thousand six hundred Eighty and Foure Between John Redish of Charles County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and Philip Lynes of the same County of the other part Wittnesseth that the said John Redish for and in Considero.n of the summe of Thirty Thousand of Tobacco to Him in hand paied before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents Wherewith the said John Redish doth by these presents accknowledge Himselfe to be fully sattisfied contented and paied hath aliend Granted Bargained sold assigned sett over and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully Clearly and absolutely aliene grant Bargaine sell assigne sett over and Confirme unto him the said Philip Lynes his heires Exe.rs Administrators and Assignes All that Tract or parcell of Land scituate lyeing and being in Charles County Lyeing on the south side Piscataway River Called the Doggs Neck begining at a marked Hickery standing by a Mash upon the River side and Running west down the River the Length of Three hundred pearches thence south doane the River for the length of Three hundred perches to the mouth of A creeke Called Chinguamuxon Creeke bounding on the north with the said Creeke Running East six hundred perches on the East with a line drawen North North west from the End of the East line to the first marked Hickory on the west by the said River Contayning and then layed out for Foure hundred and Fifty Acres more or less And alsoe an other parcell of Land Lyeing upon the said River to the East of the said Neck by the said Creeke begining at a Cedar standing in an Indian feild runing south up the said Creek for Breadth One hundred perches to a marked oake by a marked side bounding on the south by with a line drawne south Three hundred & Twenty perches on the East by a line drawne South North from the End of the East Line unto the said River on the North with the sd River and the west with the said Creek Contayning and then Layed out for Two hundred acres more or less as by Pattent granted out of his Lops secry.es office unto Walter Hall bearing date the Twenty six day of Apprile One Thousand six hundred Fifty & Eight will more at Large appeare Both which said Tracts Contaynes in the whole the quantity of six hundred and Fifty acres more or less Together with all houses Ediffices Buildings Orchards Gardens pastures Fences Hauking Hunting Fishing and Foulling and all and singul.r the appurtenances and priveledges to the said Land belonging or in any manner of way appertaining To have & to hold the said Land and Every the Rights Members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any waies appertaining or in any other previledges before these presents bargained and sold or Intended to be bargained and sold Together with all priviledges before mentioned unto Him the said Philip Lynes his heires Exec.rs Administ.rs or Assigness for Ever Yeilding and payeing therefor unto the Cheif Lord or Lords of the fee or fees thereof the Rents & services which from henceforth from time to time shall be due & payable for and in Respect of his or theire senior or senoryes And the said John Raldish for himself his heires Exe.rs and Adm.rs doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said Philip Lyne his heires Ex.rs & Assigness and Every of them by these presents that the said Philip Lynes his heires Ex.rs & assigness shall and May lawfuly peaceably & quietly have hold use occupy possess & Injoy all and singull.r the before bargained p.rmisses by these presents bargained and sold and Every part and parcell thereof with Every the Rights Members & appu.rs thereof without the Laws suite disturbance Interuption Expultion or demand of or by the sd John Raldish or his the said John Raldish procurement or meanes or of or by the heires Exe.rs & Adm.rs or any of them or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever that shall pretend any Claime Right Title or Intrest to the said Lands or any part or parcell thereof the said John Raldish doth by these presents Obleige himselfe his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs to warrant the aforementioned premisses with all the appurtenc.s therein ^contained^ to be good & lawfull And that the said Philip Lynes his heires Exec.rs & Assigs shall Lawfully quietly & Reasonably possess & Injoy the aforementioned Land & Every part & parcell thereof with all the appur.ts whatsoever from all Claimes whatsoever for Ever And the said John Raldish for himselfe his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth further Covenant promise & agree to and with the sd Philip Lynes his heires Exec.rs Adm.rs & assigness that the sd John Raldish his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs shall & will at any time or times within the space of seaven years next Ensueing and upon the Request and at the prop.r costs & Charges in the Law of him the sd Philip Lynes his heires Executors Adm.rs & assigness whensoever by him theire them or any of them thereunto Required make deliver and in Court or otherwise as he or they shall require accknowledge and deliver such other further assureance or assureances for the said premissess as |
