                                  Know all men by these p.rsents that wee Andrew Abington of the County of St Maryes in
                                  the Province of Maryland and Nicholas Painter of the same County gentl are holden and
                                  firmely bound unto Robert Ellys of the said County and Province in the full and Just sume
                                  of one hundred pounds of good and Lawfull money of England & in the full and Just
                                  quantity of One hundred thousand pounds of good sound Marchantable tobacco & Caske
                                  To bee paid to the said Rob.t Ellys or to the Certaine Attorney his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or
                                  assigns to w.ch payment well and truely to bee made wee binde our selves and Either of
                                  us by himselfe our and Either of our heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs firmely by these p.rsents
                                  sealed w.th our seales dated the twentieth day of May in the fifth yeare of the
                                  Dominion of the R.tt hono.ble Charles &c Annoq Domini 1680

       The Condicon of the obligacon is such that if the above bound Andrew Abington his Executo.rs
       Adm.rs and assignes Doe and shall at All times hereafter and from time to time well and truely observe
       performe fulfill pay doe and Keep all and Every the Covenants Articles Clauses Articles provisoes
       payments and agreements w.ch on his or theire parts and behalfe are and ought to bee observed pformed
       and fulfilled payd done and kept specified and Comprized in a Certaine paire of Indenture of lease
       bearing date w.th these p.rsents made betweene the above named Robert Ellys of the one pte and
       the above bound Andrew Abington of the other pt and that in and by all things according to the
       true intent and meaneing of the same Indenture that then the p.rsent obligacon to bee voyd and of
       none effect otherwise to stand remaine and bee in full force power and vertue
