Senator Pine from the Economic Affairs Committee reported favorably,
with amendments, SENATE BILL NO. 4—By the President (Adminis-
tration) :

AN ACT concerning

Emergency Powers—Energy Crisis

FOR the purpose of providing for certain powers of the Governor, until
July 1, 1974, in energy crisis emergency situations, relating to the
Governor's power to exercise certain authority to implement federal
energy programs, and making provision for the effect of this Act
upon other State and local laws.

AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 4
By the Committee:
Amendment No. 1—

In unit 41 of the title of the second printing bill, strike "July" and
insert in lieu thereof "JUNE".

Amendment No. 2—

In unit 44 of the title of the bill immediately following "laws" insert
