MONTGOMERY COUNTY

(1) At least one member shall
reside in each of the following areas:

a. Area No. 1. The area

bounded by MacArthur Boulevard, Wilson Lane, River
Road and Cabin John Creek.

b. Area No. 2. The
bounded by MacArthur Boulevard, Cabin John Creek,
River Road and Persimmon Tree Road.

c.     Area No. 3. The area

bounded by MacArthur Boulevard, Persimmon Tree Road,
River Road, Great Falls—Potomac Road and Rock Run.

d.     Area No. 4. The area

bounded by MacArthur Boulevard, Rock Run and Great
Falls—Potomac Road.

e.     Area No. 5. The area

lying west of Cabin John Creek between MacArthur
Boulevard and the Maryland-Virginia Boundary Line.

f.     Area No. 6. The area

bounded by the Rockville—Great Falls Road, River Road
to Swain's Lock and to the west and south by the
Maryland—Virginia Boundary line and, from Great Falls,
by MacArthur Boulevard, to the intersection of the
Rockville-Great Falls Road.

g. Area No. 7. The area
described in the preceding section.

(2) And two members to be selected

(b)    A registered voter in any area
mentioned herein may be nominated to represent his
area on the Fire Board by written petition of five
registered voters in such area and the two at large by
ten registered voters of the entire fire district.
All such petitions shall be submitted to the secretary
of the authorized election conducting body, prior to
May 1 preceding any election.

(c)    The elections herein provided for
shall be conducted by the Fire Board. All elections
for members of the Fire Board shall be held at the
Cabin John Fire Hall on the second Friday of May from
7:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. and be by a majority secret
