108-33. Obstructing entrances to public or private driveways, etc.

The parking of vehicles at any time on the public ways in such a
manner that any part of the vehicle so parked is within five feet of
either curb edge of any existing opening or hereafter established
entrance to any public or private driveway or shall overlap or ob-
struct any existing opening or hereafter established entrance to any
public or private driveway is prohibited, except owner may obstruct
his own private residence driveway.

108-34. Penalty for violation of two preceding Sections.

Any person violating any of the provisions of the two preceding
Sections shall, upon conviction thereof in any court of competent
jurisdiction in the County, be fined for each offense not more than
fifty dollars and in default of payment of any fines imposed, shall be
imprisoned for a period not to exceed ten days.

108-35. Establishment of "Emergency No Parking Zones"; penalty.

(a)    The County Executive or his designee and the County po-
lice are hereby authorized and empowered at any time to designate
any streets and areas within the County as "Emergency No Parking"
zones or temporarily to prohibit vehicular and pedestrian traffic on
such streets and areas, in the event of emergencies such as fires, riots,
accidents or other events likely to attract large crowds, or for the pur-
poses of street cleaning, or any other public purpose.

(b)    When and in the event such streets and areas as herein-
above mentioned are so designated, parking of vehicles and vehicular
and pedestrian traffic in such streets and areas is prohibited.

(c)    Any person parking any vehicle within such streets or
areas so designated or using such streets or areas for vehicular or
pedestrian traffic shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine
not to exceed one hundred dollars, or imprisonment not to exceed six
months, or both, in the discretion of the court.

108-36. In front of theaters; penalty.

(a)    The parking of any vehicle in the area immediately in
front of theaters in the County is prohibited. Such areas shall be
designated by "No Parking" signs or by painting the curbs, if there
are curbs.

(b)    Any person violating this Section shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punishable by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars or imprison-
ment not to exceed thirty days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
