Signs in Deferred Development Districts
Section 13-334. In General.

Signs permitted within Deferred Development Districts shall
be as set forth, and in accordance with, the provisions of Section
13-328.

Signs in Maritime Districts
Section 13-335. In General.

Signs located within Maritime Districts shall be permitted in
accordance with the applicable provisions of the most restrictive
adjacent zoning district.

Signs Within Planned Unit Developments
Section 13-336. In General.

All directional and information signs with Planned Unit De-
velopments shall be of uniform design, size and placement, and
designed to conform to an overall scheme throughout the respective
development.

Section 13-336.1. Sign Regulations for Single Family Detached,
Semi-detached, Duplex and Townhouse Districts.

All signs permitted in Section 13-328 of this Subtitle.
Section 13-336.2. Sign Regulations for Multi-Family Residences.

All signs permitted in Section 13-328.1 of this Subtitle shall be
permitted in Multi-Family residences.

Section 13-336.3. Sign Regulation in Commercial Complexes.

All signs permitted in Section 13-339.1 of this Subtitle shall be
permitted in PUD Commercial Complexes.

Section 2. And be it further enacted, That in accordance with
the provisions of Section 21-31 of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 21, "General Provisions,
Penalties and Rules of Interpretation", Subtitle 3, "Rules of Inter-
pretation", the catchlines or section headings of the several sections
of this Ordinance are intended as mere catchwords to indicate the
contents of said section, and shall not be deemed or taken to be
titles of such sections, nor as any part of said section.

Section 3. And be it further enacted, That upon the adoption
of additional sections of this Subtitle, the Articles, Headings, Sec-
tions and Subsections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-
arranged to establish an orderly numbering system for the entire
Subtitle, and cross references may be corrected (provided that no
changes other than typographical corrections may be made to the
language or substance thereof).

Section 4. And be it further enacted, That if any provisions
of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circum-
stance is held invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect
