Signs in W2 and W3 Industrial Districts
Section 13-331. Signs Within W2 and W3 Industrial Districts.

Signs for individual establishments and structures within W2
and W3 Industrial Districts shall be permitted in accordance with
the following provisions:

(1)    Signs for Individual Establishments

(a)    Identification signs in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 13-329 (1) (a) and (b).

(b)    Directional signs in accordance with the provisions of
Section 13-329 (1) (c).

(c)    One (1) freestanding identification/directional sign not
exceeding an area of one hundred and fifty (150) square feet nor
twenty-four feet (24') above grade for large acreage development
upon which the industrial structure FACADE SIGN is not visible
from a major roadway. Such signs shall be located only on the
property of the establishment identified, shall comply with the set
back requirements of the district wherein located, and shall give
only the name of the establishment and/or the symbol of its major
product.

(2)    Temporary Signs

(a)    Temporary signs offering for sale, rental or lease in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 13-329.1 (2) (a) and (b).

(b)    Temporary construction signs in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 13-329.1 (2) (c).

(3)    OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGNS (BILLBOARDS) IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
13-327(G).

Signs in Town Center Zones
Section 13-332. In General.

All signs located within Town Center Zones shall be in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 13-329.1.

Signs in Open Space Districts
Section 13-333. In General.

The following signs shall be permitted in Open Space Districts,
in accordance with the provisions of this Article:

(1)    All signs set forth in, and in accordance with, the provi-
sions of Sections 13-328(1) (b) and (c), and 13-328 (2) (d).

(2)    Two (2) entry signs (not exceeding twenty (20) square
feet in area, and not more than six feet (6') above grade) designating
the entry point of any recreation, conservation or open space area.
