(3) Temporary Signs

(a)    Temporary signs offering for sale, rental or lease in
accordance with the provisions of Section 13-329 (2) (a).

(b)    One (1) temporary sign (not exceeding two hundred (200)
square feet in area nor twenty feet (20') above grade, and located
not less than fifty feet (50') from the major access road to the
complex during the construction period) specifying only the name of
the project, the architect, engineers, contractors and developer. Such
signs shall be removed when the certificate of occupancy has been
issued.

(c)    Advertising Signs in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 13-329 (2) (d) and (e).

Signs in W1 Industrial Districts
Section 13-330.

Signs within W1 Industrial Park Districts shall be permitted in
accordance with the following provisions:

(1)    Signs for Entire Park

(a)    Identification signs in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 13-329.1 (1) (a) and 13-328.1 (c).

(b)    Directional Signs in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 13-329 (1) (c) and (d).

(2)    Signs for Individual Establishments

(a)    Identification signs in accordance with the provisions of
Section 13-329 (1) (a) and (b).

(b)    One (1) freestanding identification sign located on a
major roadway not exceeding an area of one hundred (100) square
feet nor five feet (5') above grade. Such sign shall comply with the
set back requirements of the District wherein located, and shall be
landscaped in accordance with an approved site plan, and shall give
only the name of the establishment and/or the symbol of its major
product.

(c)    Directional Signs in accordance with the provisions of
Section 13-329 (1) (c).

(d)    Informational Signs in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 13-329 (1) (d) and (j).

(3)    Temporary Signs

(a)    Temporary signs offering for sale, rental or lease in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 13-329 (2) (a) and (b).

(b)    One (1) temporary construction sign in accordance with
the provisions of Section 13-329.1 (3) (b).
