       Premisses belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profitts thereof and of
       all and every Part thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use
       Trust Property claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Vestrymen
       and Churchwardens and of the said Rector and Minister of in
       and to the said Bargained Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto the said Horatio Sharpe and his Heirs To the only Proper use
       and behooff of him the said and every Part thereof  To have and to
       hold the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto the said Horatio Sharpe and his Heirs To the only
       Proper use and behoof of him the said Horatio Sharpe and his Heirs
       and Assigns forever and to or for no other intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Vestrymen and Churchwardens for themselves
       and their Successors and the said Rector and Minister as aforesaid for
       himself and his Successors Covenant and Grant to and with the said
       Horatio Sharpe and his Heirs and Assigns that they shall and will
       from time to time and at all Times hereafter jointly or Severally at the
       elections of the said Horatio Sharpe his Heirs and Assigns upon the reasonable
       request and at the Cost and Charges in the law of the said Horatio
       Sharpe his Heirs or Assigns make do and execute or cause to be made
       Done and executed all and every such further and other Lawfull and
       reasonable Act and Acts Thing and things Conveyances and Assurances
       in the law Whatsoever for the ^further^ better and more Perfect conveying
       and Assuring an Absolute Estate in fee Simple to the said Horatio
       his Heirs and Assigns of and in the above Bargained Land and
       Premisses as by the said Horatio Sharpe his Heirs or Assigns or his and
       their Council learned in the law shall be reasonably devised advised or
       required so as that the same contain no Warrantee or Covenant to charge
       the Proper Estate or Estates of the said Rector Vestrymen and
