       given in the Maryland Gazette According to the said Act of Assembly   Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of three
       hundred and five Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid to the said Vestrymen and
       Church Wardens in hand Paid by the said Horatio Sharpe at and before
       the Sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge
       and thereof and of every Part thereof do Acquit release and Discharge the
       said Horatio Sharpe his Executors and Administrators by these Presents And also
       for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings like Money to the said
       William West Rector and Minister aforesaid in hand also Paid by the
       said Horatio Sharpe the receipt whereof is also hereby Acknowledged the
       said Vestrymen and Churchwardens with the Consent of the said William West
       the Rector and Minister aforesaid and in Pursuance of the Act of Assembly
       aforesaid Have Given and Granted Bargained and Sold released enfeoffed
       and Confirmed and by these Presents the aforesaid Vestrymen and Church Wardens
       Do Give and Grant Bargain and Sell Release enfeoff and confirm And
       the said William West Rector and Minister aforesaid Doth release ratify and
       Confirm unto the said Horatio Sharpe and his Heirs All that the aforesaid
       Tract or Parcell of Land Scituate lying and being as abovesaid and According
       to its Antient Meets Boundaries Begining at a marked oak on the West
       side of a Branch called Scotcher Creek bounded on the North ^by^ with a line
       Drawn ^running^ North West from the said oak sixty five Perches to a markt oak
       and with a line Drawn South West from the said oak unto a marked
       Poplar Tree by he Creek side on the West and South by the said Creek on
       the east by the said Scotcher Creek unto the first marked oak Containing
       (and laid out for) one hundred and fifty Acres more or Less And all ways
       Waters Watercourses Woods easements Profits Commodities Buildings Fences
       Improvements Rights Previledges Hereditaments and all other the
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land and
