138. Jeremiah Warder their heirs and Assigns for ever A certain Tract of Land called Veneman's Struggle situate lying and being in the Province of Maryland in Prince Georges County containing One hundred Acres [Patented to Nicholas Veneman by Patent granted ^dated^ the twelfth day of December 1739] Also a certain other Tract of Land containing One hundred Acres situate & being in Prince Georges County aforesaid Beginning at the End of seventy six perches in the giving Line of the Original Tract beginning Tree and Reversing the said Courses back thence North seventy degrees East seventy two perches thence South thirty one degrees East fifty six Perches thence North twenty Two degrees East Sixty Six Perches thence North Twenty four degrees West two hundred and Ten Perches thence by a Streight Line to the Place of Beginning [Part of a certain Tract containing two hundred Acres Called Nazareth patented to Peter Bumgardner by Patent dated the Twenty sixth day of March 1745] And also two certain contiguous Tracts of Land situate in Prince Georges County aforesaid One of them Called Salisbury Plains containing One hundred and Seventy Acres [Patented to George Parker by Patent dated the Seventh day of December 1738] And the other of them called Addition to Salisbury Plains containing Eighty Acres [Patented to the said George Parker by patent dated the Eigth day of December 1738] Together ^also^ with all and singular the Rights Benefits Proffits Priviledges Buildings Improvements Hereditaments & Appurtenances whatsoever unto the said Several described Tracts of Land hereby Granted respectively belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the Reversion and Remainder thereof And also all the Estate and Estates Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said John Cox and Samuel Mifflin and Rebecca his Wife of in and to all & singular the Premisses To have and To hold One full Moiety or half part of and in the said four several described Tracts of Land Hereditaments & Premisses hereby granted or mentioned to be granted with the Appurtenances unto the Said Samuel Neave his heirs & assigns To the only Proper Use and Behoof of the said Samuel Neave his heirs & assigns forever And To have and To hold the one other ^full^ Moiety or half part of and in the said four several described Tracts of Land Hereditaments and Premisses hereby granted |
