Interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and Year first above Written Horatio Sharpe s John Flesselius s On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Us LB Hands Tho Smyth Came the within named John Ilesselius and Acknowledged before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court that the within Instrument of Writing is his Act and Deed and that the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be bargained and sold are lands and Tenements of him the within mentioned Horatio Sharpe his Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning of the within Writing October 5th 1763 B Hands Received the third day of October 1763 of the within named Horatio Sharpe the sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money in full for the Consideration Money within Mentioned to be by him paid to me John Flesselius Witness Bordley M.r Ghiselin Be pleased to Record this Deed amongst the Provincial Land Records for safe keeping and this Indorsement Yes &c Hor.o Sharpe Recorded the 10th day of October 1763 15 s.d Examd This Indenture made the fourth day of October seventeen hundred and sixty three Between John Flesselius of Ann Arundel County Limner and Mary his Wife of the one Part and Horatio Sharpe of the City of Annapolis Esquire of the other Part Witnesseth that the said John Flesselius and Mary his Wife for and in Consideration of the sum of Nine hundred thirty five Pounds eighteen shillings |
