110. five Degrees East Twenty Perches into a Swamp of Burles Pond thence South thirteen degrees East thirteen Perches to the Land formerly surveyed for Robert Burle then with the Said Burles Land South South West One hundred and thirteen Perches to the Land formerly surveyed for Major Richard Ewin thence with the said Ewins Land South seventy seven Degrees West One hundred and fifty Eight Perches to a Bounded Cedar Post set up at the very Spot where it was proved the Original Markt Beginning Hickory of Ewins Land stood by the side of which sd Cedar Post there is now fixed a Stone whereon are graven these words "Here Stood Rich.d Ewin's Pockicory" still running with the Said Land south ten degrees West forty perches South and by East thirty one Perches; thence by a straight line to the first Beginning stone markt "Beginning of Homewoods Lott" fixed in the Middle between the two bounded White Oaks first above mentioned containing Eight hundred and fourteen Acres of Land beth same more or less with all and every the Buildings Edifices fences Improvements Emoluments Woods Waters Water Courses Commodities and Advantages whatsoever thereon or any Part or Parcel thereof erected or built Situate lying or being with the Appurtenances And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Proffits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof To have and To hold the said Tract of Land and all and singular the Premisses with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Horatio Sharpe his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for and during and untill the full end and Term of One whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended To the Intent and Purpose that by force and Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession the said Horatio Sharpe may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby Enabled to take and accept a Grant and release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs for ever In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto Inter |
