570) thing having and Claiming in the said Premisses above Mentioned or any part thereof by from or under them or any or either of them Shall and will at any time or times hereafter at the Reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges of the said William Lyon his Heirs and assigns Make do and Execute or cause and procure to be made done and Executed all and every such further and ^other^ lawful and reasonable Act and Acts assurance and assurances in the Law Whatsoever for the further better & more perfect granting Conveying and assuring of all and Singular the Land and Premisses abovementioned with the appurtenances unto the said William Lyon his Heirs and Assigns for Ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents as by the said William Lyon his Heirs or assigns his or their Counsell Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness Whereof all the said Parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably Set their hands and seals the Day and Year first af.d his Sealed and Delivered George Noe seal in the presence of us mark her Rebecca R Noe seal J Darnall mark his Charles Grahame George Noe mark jun seal Jn.o Chesley Seal at the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t April 17.th 1755 Then Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the Provincial Court the af.d George Noe Sen.r and Rebecca his Wife George Noe jun.r and John Chesley parties to this Deed who all severally acknowledged the same to be their Act and Deed for the Uses Intents and Purposes therein Mentioned and the Lands and Premisses therein Contained to be the right Title and Estate of the said William Lyon his Heirs and assigns for ever at the same Time appeared also before me Rebecca Noe in the said Deed Named Wife of the said George Noe Senior who being by me privately and apart from her said Husband Examined Confessed and Acknowledged She Executed the said Deed Freely Willingly and of her own Accord and Released all her Right Title Interest Claim and Demand in the Land and Premisses in the said Deed mentioned to the said William Lyon his Heirs and assigns for ever without being induced thereto by her said Husband or the fear or his Displeasure taken and acknowledged the Day and Year aforesaid before J Darnall Recorded 22.d May 1755 18 |
