Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Second
       Day of April in the Year of our Lord seventeen Hundred and
       forty Nine Between Henry Ridgely Junior of Ann Arundel
       County Planter of the first Part Thomas Sparrow of Ann
       Arundel County Planter of the second Part and John Gassaway
       of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of third part
       Witneseth that the said Henry Ridgely for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to him in
       hand paid by the said Thomas Sparrow at or before the
       Ensealing or delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       is hereby acknowledged hath Given Granted Bargained
       Released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth
       Give Grant Release and Confirm unto the said Tho.s
       Sparrow and his Heirs one third Part of all that Tract
       or Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances called Larkins's
       Forrest lying in Prince Georges County on the West side of
       Petuxent River upon the head of a Branch called
       Collington branch containing four hundred Acres of Land
       more or less and all and Singular the Houses Buildings
       Orchards Cornfields and Improvements to the same
       belonging late in the Tenure or Occupation of the said Henry
       Ridgely (but now in the Actual Possession of the said Thomas
       Sparrow by force of an Indenture of Bargain and Sale
       thereof made bearing date the day before the Date of
       these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring of
       uses into Possession being) To have and to hold all and
       Singular the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and
       every the Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby
       Given Granted Released and Confirmed or mentioned
