583) doth Bargain and Sell unto the said Thomas Sparrow one third part of all that Tract or Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances called Larkins's Forrest lying in Prince Georges County on the West side of Petuxent River upon the head of a Branch called Collington Branch Containing four hundred Acres of Land more or less and all and Singular the Houses Buildings Orchards Cornfields and Improvements to the same Belonging To have and to hold the said one third Part of the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby Bargained and Sold to the said Thomas Sparrow his Executors Adm.rs & Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for and during and unto the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next following fully to be Compleat and Ended to the Intent and Purpose that the s.d Thomas Sparrow may be better enabled to Receive and take a Grant and Release of the Premisses hereby Bargained and Sold to him and his Heirs in such sort manner and form as in and by one Indenture Indented to Bear date the day next after the day of the Date of these Presents the same shall be Granted Released and Conveyed In Witness whereof the Partys to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above Written his Sealed and Delivered Henry H R Ridgely Jun.r Seal in the Presence of us mark 3 1/2 Dorsey Hen Woodward Recorded 25.th May 1749 |
