41) Transferred & Confirmed And by these Presents Doth give grant Bargain Sell Assign Aliene Enfeof Transferr & Confirm unto the Said Joseph Lazeer his heirs & assigns for ever All that Peice Parcell & Part of a Tract of Land Called the Second Addition of Snowdens manner lying in Prince Georges County & Beginning at A Bounded Red Oak being the begining Tree of a Tract of Land Called Beerbacon & running thence with the Said Land South East one hundred twenty ^fourty^ Perches North twenty Seven Degrees East one hundred & Ten Perches North Seventy four Perches North twenty Seven Degrees East fourty Eight Perches North Eighty two Degrees West fourty four Perches South twenty Nine Degrees West Seventy Six Perches North Eighty Eight Degrees West Eighty Seven Per.s South thirteen Degrees East Sixty two Perches thence with a Straight Line to the first bounder Containing One hundred and Twenty Six Acres of Land be the same more or less Together with all Houses outhouses buildings fences Trees Woods Underwoods Priviledges Profits Comoditys and Appurtenances whatsoever on the same being or to the same or to any part or parcell thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining To have & to hold the aforesaid Hereby granted Tract of Land and Premisses with their & Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs and Assignes for Ever to his and their Proper Use and behoofe for Ever and to none Interst and ^or^ purpose whatsoever and the said Richard Snowden doth hereby for himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs and Assignes that he the said Richard Snowden his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them shall and will at all times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs or Assignes make do suffer acknowledge and Execute all Such further and other Acts deeds things Conveyances & Assurances in the Law whatsoever as by the said Joseph lazeer his Heirs or Assignes or their Councill learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or required for the further better and more perfect Assurances Surety and Suremaking of all and Singular the hereby granted Lands and Premisses with their and Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs & Assignes for Ever against him the said Richard Snowden his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them the af.d hereby granted Lands & Premisses with their and Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs & Assignes for Ever And also that he the said Richard Snowden his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them the af.d hereby granted Lands & Premisses with their and Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs & Assignes for Ever against him the said Richard Snowden his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs & Every of them and against all Persons lawfully Claiming or to claim any right title or interest of in or to the same or of in or to any Part or Parcell thereof by from or under him them or any of them shall and will warrant and for Ever hereafter by these Presents defend In Witness whereof the said R.d Snowden hath to this Present Indenture set his hand & seal the Day & Year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Rich.d Snowden Seal in the Presence of x On order of the Court of Appeals John Beall Thomas Crawthin June Term 1816 directing the allocation here made (On) |
