(43)      in himself good right full power and absolute authority to aliene bargain
             sell and convey the same Lands and p.rmisses unto him the sayd
             John Taillor his heirs and assignes for ever in Manner af.d and also
             that he the said John Taillor his heirs and assignes shall and may
             from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter have hold use
             occupy possesse and enjoy all and singular the before mentioned to be
             granted Lands and p.rmisses with all and every their appurtences with
             out the Let suit Trouble interruption or disturbance whatsoever of
             him the said Benjamine Belt or his heirs or assignes or of any other
             person or ^persons^ whatsoever and that freed and discharged of and from all
             former and other gifts grants bargains sales Joyntures Dowers
             titles of Dower statutes judgments Executions fines forfietures Rents
             arrearages of rents except what shall hearafter grow due to the Cheif
             Trouble and Incumbrances whatsoever And also that he the said
             Benjamine and his heirs Executors and Adm.rs the aforementioned
             to be bargained premisses and every part and parcel thereof
             with all and singular their appurtences unto him the said John
             Taillor his heires and assignes for ever from and against all manner
             of persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter
             defend by these presents And further that he the said Benjamine
             and his heirs shall and will at any time hereafter on the
             reasonable request and at the costs and charges in the Law of him
             the said John Taillor his heires or assignes marke do acknowledge
             suffer and Execute or cause to be so done sufferd all and every such
             further and other reasonable and Lawfull Act or Acts thing or
             things Conveyances or assurances in the Law whatsoever for the
             further better and more perfect assurances surety and suremaking
             of all and singular the premisses unto him the said John Taillor
             his heirs and assignes according to the true intent and meaning of
             these presents as by the said John Taillor his heires or assignes
             or his or their council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
             advised devised or required And This Indenture further
             wittnesseth that the said Benjamine Belt for and in Consideration
             of the af.d sume of five hundred pounds sterl to him
             in hand paid as af.d hath Bargained sold assigned transfered
