(42) all that Tract or parcel of Land called
Belts Hills lying on the South side the Main falls of Petapsco in Baltemore County aforesaid surveyd for Eight hundred acres with the appurtenances Also all that Tract or parcel of Land called Belts Chance lying in Baltemore County af.d on the South side the main falls of Petapsco River surveyed and layd out for two hundred thirty and three acres with the Appurtenances Also all that tract or parcel of Land called Belts Hope lying on the South side the main falls of Patapsco River in the County af.d surveyed and Layd out for two hundred twenty acres with y.e appurtences and also all that tract or parcel of Land called Delaware Bottom lying betwixt the Draughts of Petuxent & Petapsco River in Baltemore County surveyed for three hundred acres of Land with the appurtences containing in the whole according to the several certificates of survey thereof the quantity of two thousand and fifty three accres of Land To have and to hold the aforesaid severall tracts of Land and p.rmisses with their and every of their appurtences unto him the said John Taillor his heirs and assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoofe of him the said John Taillor his heires and assignes for ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Benjamine Belt doth hereby for himself and his heirs Executors and Adm.rs covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Taillor his heirs and assignes that he the said Benjamine ^at^ and before the ensealing and delivering of these presents is and stands Lawfully and rightfully suted of a good sure indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in fee simple of and in and unto the af.d several Tracts or parcels of Lands and p.rmises with all and singular their appurtences And that he the sayd Benjamine now hath and untill the hereby intended to be granted p.rmises shall passe by Vertue of these presents from him the said Benjamine unto the sayd John Taillor shall continue to have |
