Vienna, held February 17, 1969, three Commissioners voting in the affirma-
tive and no Commissioners voting in the negative, and said Resolution
became effective in accordance with law on the 8th day of April, 1969.

Dear Dr. Everstine:
In accordance with Section 19 (Annexation) of Article 23A and
Section 17A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957) 1966 Replacement
Volume, the following material is herewith submitted for Registration:
1) Original and new Boundaries of The Mayor and Common Council
of Westminster.
2) Copies of Minutes of April 3, 1967, and May 9, 1967, showing
dates of introduction and approval of resolution for annexation. The
resolution was unanimously adopted.
The date of the referendum on annexation was held on the Uniontown
Road in the area to be annexed on August 26, 1967. The vote was 65 for
annexation and 45 against annexation. The effective date of the resolution
was September 10, 1967.
