Amendments to House Bill No. 1
By the Senate Finance Committee:
Amendment No. 1—In line 7 of Section 402 on page 1 of the third
reading file copy, following the word "enclosure" insert the following "(3)
the use of sporting or recreational facilities or equipment except for rental
of sporting or recreational equipment".
Which amendment was read and concurred in.
Amendment No. 2—In lines 10 and 11 of Section 402 on page 1 of the
third reading file copy strike the words "the use of sporting or recrea-
tional facilities or equipment" and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"the rental of sporting or recreational equipment".
Which amendment was read and concurred in.
Amendment No. 3—In line 6 of Section 2 on page 2 of the third read-
ing file copy strike the words "2:00 o'clock A.M. on January 15, 1970"
and insert in lieu thereof the phrase "6:00 o'clock A.M. on January 1,
1970".

Senate amendments.
