Amendment No. 1—In line 7 of Section 402 on page 1 of the third
reading file copy, following the word "enclosure" insert the following:
"(3) the use of sporting or recreational facilities or equipment except for
rental of sporting or recreational equipment".

third reading file copy strike the words "the use of sporting or recreational
facilities or equipment" and insert in lieu thereof the following: "the
rental of sporting or recreational equipment".
