thereof, to give the Municipal Court of Baltimore City jurisdic-
tion over the crime of unlawful use of the drug known generally
as "LSD."
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new subsection 122B(h) be and it is hereby added to Article
27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume
and 1967 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle
"Drugs," to follow immediately after subsection 122B(g) thereof,
and to read as follows:
122B.
(h) The Municipal Court of Baltimore City shall have concur-
rent jurisdiction with the Criminal Court of Baltimore City to try
persons charged with offenses under this section.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That new subsection 109(44a)
be and it is hereby added to Article 26 of said Code (1966 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of Balti-
more City," to follow immediately after Section 109(44) thereof,
and to read as follows:

(44a) Unlawful use of LSD, as provided in Section 122B of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to add new Section 270(ab) to Article 56 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1967
Supplement) title "Licenses," subtitle "General Contractors and
Subcontractors," to follow immediately after Section 270(aa)
thereof, to give the Municipal Court of Baltimore City jurisdiction
over violations of this subtitle.

of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and
