HIS OR HER PERSONAL SECRETARY AND LAW CLERK.

Further, said senior resident judge shall designate the days the
Judges of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County will sit.
FOR
THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION THE SENIOR RESIDENT
JUDGE SHALL BE THAT ACTIVE JUDGE WHO FIRST TOOK
THE OATH OF OFFICE AS JUDGE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT
FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

This enumeration of powers and duties above shall not be con-
strued to be in limitation of the powers of the office of the adminis-
trative judge under any existing laws, rules or regulations.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That if any word, phrase,
clause, section, or other provision of this Act is declared unconstitu-
tional or invalid by a court of final appeal, the unconstitutionality
or invalidity shall not affect any other word, phrase, clause, section
or provision of this Act, and to this end the provisions of this Act
are declared severable.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall be and re-
main effective until the effective date of any rules or regulations
which may be hereafter adopted by the Maryland Court of Appeals
pertaining to the administration of the respective Circuit Courts of
Maryland, and on said date, with no further action required by the
General Assembly, this Act shall be repealed and of no further force
and effect.

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 445
(House Bill 373)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 18-1 (e)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963
Edition, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Prince George's County," subtitle "County Com-
missioners," relating to the establishment and operation of a Self
Insurance Fund for the coverage of all losses of whatever nature
relating to any liability or risk to property or personnel of the
county government or its agencies, including state agencies which
receives from the county government budgetary funds for insur-
ance purposes to the extent required by law or that the Board of
County Commissioners for Prince George's County may determine;
and authorizing the County Commissioners for Prince George's
County to levy annually such taxes as they deem necessary to
maintain such fund and to invest said funds in Federal, State or
County bonds or in any interest paying institution whose deposits
are regulated by the Federal Government.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
