(14) For copies of any paper or record, including plain
certification and seal, per page or part thereof........................ 1.50
(15) For photostatic or other artificially reproduced copies
of any paper or record, per page or part thereof.......................50
(b) For receiving and paying over any inheritance tax due the
State, the register of wills shall be allowed a commission of twenty-
five per centum of said inheritance tax, and the register of wills
shall be allowed a commission of twenty-five per centum upon the
amount received of the tax on executor's and administrator's com-
missions so paid over.
Sec. 2. And, be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.

CHAPTER 412
(House Bill 1068)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 40 (2)
(i) (ii) of Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964
Replacement Volume), title "Insurance," subtitle "2. The Insur-
ance Commissioner," to amend the laws concerning the stay of an
order or action of the Commissioner from which an appeal is taken,
to delete the exceptions thereunder.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Subsection 40 (2) (i) (ii) of Article 48A of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume), title "Insurance," subtitle
"2. The Insurance Commissioner," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
40.
(2) Upon filing of the notice of appeal therein the court shall
have full jurisdiction, and shall determine whether such filing shall
operate as a stay of the order or action from which an appeal is taken.
[appealed from, except that in the following instances the filing of
the notice of appeal shall automatically stay the order appealed from
pending the judgment of the court on the appeal:
(i) Appeal from suspension or revocation of the license of an
agent, broker, adjuster, or adviser.
(ii) Appeal from suspension or revocation of the certificate of
authority of an insurer.]
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1966.
