This Indenture made the Twenty Sixth Day of June one
Kent County in the Province of Maryland of the one parte and
Glover of the other Part Wittnesseth that the said John Toaes
Tobacco to him in hand paid by the sd Robert Roberts before
sd John Toaes doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every
Roberts his Heires Exrs admrs and assignes and Every of them for
and Confirmed and by these prsents doth Give Grant Bargaine
part of a Tract or parcell of Land Called Lower ffoords Lyeing
Beginning at a Bounded white oake, standing near the head
to the sd Toaes house and running from said white oake East
with the south east Line of a Tract of Land Called London
ffifty Eight Perches Thence south and by west Seaventy Perches
by west from the ffirst Tree Containeing one Hundred and
buildings woods wayes waters priviledges Profetts Commodo
any wise appertaineing To have and to hold the said Land
with the appurtenances unto ye sd Robert Roberts his Heires &
ye sd Robert Roberts his Heires and assignes for ever;
pmises with all the appurtenances unto ye sd Robert Roberts
whatsoever warrant and forever by these prsents Defend and
whatsoever The Chiefe rents and services from henceforth to be
of the ffee or ffees of ye pmises only Excepted & foreprized
Indentures Interchangeably their hands & seals have sett the
Signed Sealed & Delivered
in ye Presents of us
Nathell Wright                        There was also Written on ye
W: Comegys  Maryland Is/ Know all men by these
John [mark] Elis                    constitute and appoint my
