This Indenture made the Twenty ffourth Day of June in the
Richard Jones &              of Talbot County of the one
That the said Richard &         his wife for and in Consideration
himm in hand paid at and before the Sealeing and delivery hereof;
of every pt and parcell thereof fully satisfied contented & paid
---eing hath Given Granted and by these prsents doth freely fully &
them & their Heires for Ever unto him the said Jeremiah Miles
and called by the name of Joans fancy (in Talbot County as in the
at a marked Pockhickery tree being the ffirst bounded tree of a pcell
ninty Pc: to the side of Chester river thence up the river to a small
perches & from the south southwest Line both by [east?] One Hundred
& Sixty perches and from ye End of the west Line by a straight Line
acres more or less According to ye Surtivicate of Survaie Together
To have and to hold the aforesaid psell of Land together with
Jeremiah Miles his Heires or assignes for ever free & Cleare &
others, & from all others & former gifts grants bargaines sales
services rents arerages of rents, The rents & services which hence
accepted & foreprized; & further ye said Richard Jones & his wife
[Doe?] with ye said Jeremiah Miles his Heyars and assignes & to &
free & clear of & from all & all maner of Incumbarances what
whatsoever Lawfully Claiming, shall & will for evar warrant
& behofe for evar; and furthar ye said Richard Jones &
make Sceall and deliver at ye reasonable request of him the said
Ashorances Convaince or Convaiences requisitt in ye prmises
or request in Testimony whereof we the Partties to these psents
& year ffirst above wrighten

    The above Deed was Endorsed on ye Backside as follow
             Came Richd Jones within menconed and
             according to Law, to & for ye uses within

Kent / This is to Certifie that within the time Limitted by
Jane Shepherd, Daughter to John and Mary Shepherd deceased
Salter one of her Majesties Justices: and fflower W
and houses haveing ffirst taken their Corperall Oathes
skill and Judgement doe adjudge the said Plantation and
Pounds of tobaccol; and that the Toimant or Gaurdian ha[th]
and Consignes to the same, and to keep the same in good
worm fence and to leave the same Tenentable when the
Wittness our hands and seales this Second Day of ffebruary
