Before the Ensealing and Delivery hereof The Receipt where therreof & of Every part & parcell doth clearely and absolutely Execurs admrs and Every of them for Ever by these Presents & for thereunto moveing hath given, granted, Bargained Sould, alliened absolutely give, grant, Bargaine, Sell, alliene, Enfoeffe and Conf- a Tract of Land called Chance Lyeing and being in Kent County Branch Between the Red Lyon and the Unicorn Branch beginning south West One Hundred Perches Then South East one Hundred the ffirst Tree containeing one Hundred acres of Land more or Less the Rights Proffits Priviledges and benefitts; houses gardens, or- only use and behoofe of him the said Timothy Mynah his Heires all rents arrears of rents Released and acquitted Exonerated Leases or fforfitures whatsoever the rents and Services which Lords of the fee or ffees Excepted and foreprized; And fur- grant and agree to and with the sd Timothy his Heires and that the aforementioned prmises together with all and every ces whatsoever and further the said Robert Smith doe by defend and keep harmless the said Timothy Mynah his will for ever warrant & defend and do by these Presents Title Interest Estate Claime and Demand whatsoever he now sis wholely released and Invested in and upon the said Timothy Proper use and behoofe for ever and the said Robert Smith to and with the said Timothy Mynah his Heires and assignes and suffer all such farther assurance or assurances Convey- Timothy his Heires and assignes or his or their Councell Learn- Wittness hereof the Parties above named In these Present[s] seales the Day and year ffirst above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the p:sents of us / Charles Marshall The Preceding Deed Patrick Creagh as ffolloweth vidzt in open Court by the Exprest -------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- Sr Maryld May : 18th 1704: Exch L:9=3=6 Ten Dayes after sight of this my Third bill of Exchange, my ffirst or Second not paid Pay or Cause to be paid, unto Edward Bathurst, or his order, the full sum of Nine Pounds Three Shillings & Six pence Sterl money; being for ye Vallue recd here by me, make good payment, & place the same to accott as p advs of To Mr Robert Dunckley Sr yor humble Servt Marcht : London Elias King |
